Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, wings
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, black
- 1 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sugar, brown
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, black
- 2 Tbsp DEL MONTE Tomato Paste (70g)
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce, (optional)

Procedure
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the cornstarch and fry until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
2.Heat honey, butter, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and DEL MONTE Tomato Paste. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Add hot sauce, if desired.
