Ingredients

  • 1 can creamer, evaporated (370ml)
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tsp ube flavor
  • 3/4 cupsugar, white
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 can DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (432g)

Procedure

1 In a pot, combine the evaporated creamer, water, ube flavor, sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add the butter and all-purpose cream. Mix well.

2 Pour the pudding into prepared cups and allow to set at room temperature.

3 In another pot, bring the reserved fruit cocktail syrup to a boil and simmer until slightly syrupy. Add the DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail and cook for 1 minute.

4 Allow to cool. Top the pudding with the cooked DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail.
