Ingredients

    • 300 g pork, ground
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper, black
    • 1/2 tsp rosemary, dried
    • 1/2 Tbsp sugar, brown
    • 1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 tsp ground fennel
    • 2 Tbsp oil
    • 2 pouch DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce (400g)
    • 2 cup milk, evaporated
    • 1 pc pork bouillon cube
    • 1/2 cup cheese grated
    • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped

Procedure

1 In a bowl, combine ground pork, salt, pepper, dried rosemary, brown sugar, nutmeg, cayenne, and fennel. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2 In a pan, sauté the ground pork in oil until lightly browned. Add DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce, evaporated milk, and pork bouillon cube. Stir, cover pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

3 Toss in cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti. Pour into a serving dish. Top with grated cheese and chopped parsley. Serve.
