Ingredients

  • 1 can DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (432g)
  • 1 pack gulaman powder, sweetened, clear (95g)
  • Reserved fruit cocktail syrup
  • 2 1/2 cup water

Procedure

1 Place 1 or 2 pieces of DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail into the jelly molds.

2 Dissolve the gulaman powder in reserved fruit cocktail syrup and water in a pot. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.

3 Pour the mixture over the fruits. Cover with the lid then pour over more gulaman mixture to completely fill the mold. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

4 Unmold and serve.

Use colored gulaman of your choice for a festive look.
