Fiesta Yema Float Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup yema chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
- 2 packs all-purpose cream (250ml), chilled and whipped
- 12 pc graham crackers, crushed
- 1 can DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (836g), drained
- 1 cup yema, chopped

Procedure
- 1 Melt yema and all-purpose cream in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Set aside to cool down.
- 2 Combine all-purpose cream and yema mixture. Set aside.
- 3 Place graham crackers to cover bottom of a 8 x 8-inch pan.
- 4 Spread half of the yema cream on top of the graham cracker layer. Add a layer of DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, using half of the can of fruits. Place another layer of graham crackers and remaining half of yema cream. Top with the remaining half of DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Garnish with chopped yema.
