Ingredients
- 4 cups cornstarch
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp pepper, black
- 1 kg pork, liempo, bacon-cut
- 2 cup DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar
- 1 cup sugar, white
- 1 cup onion, red, chopped
- 2 can DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits (227g), diced
- 1 cup cucumber
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp pepper, black

Preparation
1. Combine the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Dredge the pork belly pieces in the seasoned cornstarch. Deep-fry until crispy.
2. To prepare the dipping sauce, mix the DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar, sugar, onion, DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits with syrup, cucumber, salt, and pepper.
