Ingredients
- 1 sachet Del Monte Quick n Easy BBQ Marinade 200ml
- 1/3 cup mirin
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup water 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 teaspoon water 500 g bangus, belly
Cooking Tools Needed
- Grater
- Grill Pan
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoon
- Pot
- Spatula
Preparation
1. Combine DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Barbecue Marinade, mirin, ginger, water. Bring to a boil then add cornstarch mixture, stirring continuously until thick.
2. Grill the bangus belly. Baste with sauce.
