Sweet and Sour Fishballs Recipe
Golden fried fishballs in a deliciously tangy and sweet sauce with pineapple.

Ingredients
- 300g tilapia, fillet
- 1/3 cup onion, red
- 1 1/4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp pepper, black
- 1 pc egg
- 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 Tbsp kinchay
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup onion, red
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, red
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, green
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 4 Tbsp sugar, white
- Reserved pineapple syrup
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce (200g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper, black
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks (200g)

Procedure
1. Mix all the ingredients for the fishballs. Form every 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls. Fry until golden then drain and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, sauté the onion and bell peppers for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the vinegar, sugar, reserved pineapple syrup, and DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until thick and glossy. Add the vegetables, fishballs, and DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks.
