Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 can diced tomatoes, canned (411g)
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Creamy & Cheesy Spaghetti Sauce (500g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper, black
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 pack rigatoni (500g)

Procedure
1 Sauté the garlic and chili in oil until aromatic. Add the vodka and bring to a boil. Add the water and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
2 Add the DEL MONTE Creamy & Cheesy Spaghetti Sauce, salt, and pepper then simmer for another 5 minutes.
3 Add the parmesan cheese and mix well.
4 Toss in the cooked pasta. Serve.
