Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup onion, red
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 300g pork, ground
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce (200g)
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup potato
- 6 Tbsp liver spread
- 2 pc siling labuyo
- 1 pc pork bouillon cube
- 2 Tbsp pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp sugar, white
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, red
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, green
- 1/2 tsp pepper, black

Procedure
1. Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until aromatic. Add the ground pork and sauté until browned. Add the soy sauce and cook until almost dry.
2. Add the DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce and water then simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the carrot, potato, liver spread, siling labuyo, pork bouillon cube, pickle relish, and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Add the bell pepper and simmer for another 2 minutes. Season with pepper.
