Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar, brown
- 1 can DEL MONTE Sliced Pineapple (227g), drained
- 4 pc cherry, maraschino
- 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
- 6 Tbsp water
- 1 pc egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 250 g pancake mix

Procedure
- 1 Spread butter into the bottom side of the pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- 2 Arrange the DEL MONTE Sliced Pineapple and cherries in the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
- 3 In a bowl, mix oil, water, egg, and melted butter.
- 4 Add in pancake mix to the bowl with wet ingredients. Pour into the pan.
- 5 Place the pan in the steamer basket of the rice cooker. Steam for 25 minutes.
