Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1/4 cup sugar, brown
    • 1 can DEL MONTE Sliced Pineapple (227g), drained
    • 4 pc cherry, maraschino
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
    • 6 Tbsp water
    • 1 pc egg, beaten
    • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
    • 250 g pancake mix

Procedure

  • 1 Spread butter into the bottom side of the pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • 2 Arrange the DEL MONTE Sliced Pineapple and cherries in the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
  • 3 In a bowl, mix oil, water, egg, and melted butter.
  • 4 Add in pancake mix to the bowl with wet ingredients. Pour into the pan.
  • 5 Place the pan in the steamer basket of the rice cooker. Steam for 25 minutes.
