Procedure

  • 1 In a bowl, mix the DEL MONTE Sweet Blend Ketchup, DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Barbecue Marinade, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
  • 2 Heat oil and sauté onion until aromatic. Add the ground pork and sauté until lightly browned. Add DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
  • 3 In a bowl, mix the egg, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cabbage, cheese, chopped talong, and meat mixture. Mix well.
  • 4 Heat a non-stick pan. Pour 1 cup of the mixture and cook for 3 minutes on each sides.
  • 5 Plate cooked okonomiyaki. Spread sauce over the top then drizzle mayonnaise. Garnish with leeks.
