Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shiitake mushroom, dried
  • 2 Tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 pouch DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce (400g)
  • 1 pc chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, white, ground
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 pack DEL MONTE Spaghetti (400g)

Procedure

1 Melt the butter in a pan then add the mushrooms. Sauté until browned. Add the garlic then continue sautéing until aromatic. Add the water and green peas. Simmer for 1 minute.

2 Add DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce and chicken bouillon cube then simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat then add the all-purpose cream and parmesan cheese.

3 Toss in cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti. Serve.
