Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, pure
- 1/2 cup onion, red chopped
- 2 Tbsp garlic crushed
- 2 can diced tomatoes, canned (411g)
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce (900g)
- 1 pc chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, black
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- sugar, to taste
- 1/2 cup basil, fresh shredded
- 1 pack DEL MONTE Elbow Macaroni (1Kg) cooked

Procedure
1 Heat the olive oil then sauté onion and garlic until aromatic. Add the diced tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
2 Add DEL MONTE Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
3 Add chicken bouillon cube, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat then add the all-purpose cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sugar to taste, and half of basil.
4 Add the cooked DEL MONTE Elbow Macaroni. Toss well then pour into a serving dish. Top with more basil. Serve immediately.
