Easy Claypot Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 pouch DEL MONTE Quick n Easy BBQ Marinade (200ml)
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper, black
- 300 g chicken, thigh fillet, sliced into chunks
- 2 cup rice, washed
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1 pc chicken bouillon cube
- 3/4 pouch DEL MONTE Quick n Easy BBQ Marinade (200ml)
- 150 g longganisa, garlic, sliced
- 3 pc shiitake mushroom, dried
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, red, sliced into strips
- 1 cup pechay Tagalog, trimmed and washed
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Procedure
- 1 In a bowl, combine DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Barbecue Marinade, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2 Once marinated, mix the rice, water, chicken bouillon cube, DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Barbecue Marinade in a rice cooker. Cover then turn on. Allow to cook for 15 minutes.
- 3 Pour the marinated chicken on top of the rice. Arrange the longganisa and shiitake mushrooms. Allow to steam for 15 - 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add the red bell pepper and arrange the pechay on the side. Drizzle with sesame oil. Steam for 2 minutes and serve.
