BACON KIMCHI CARBONARA RECIPE

Ingredients

    • 4 Tbsp oil
    • 500 g bacon sliced into strips
    • 2 cup kimchi chopped
    • 2 pouch DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce (400g)
    • 2 cup all-purpose cream
    • 1 pack DEL MONTE Spaghetti (400g)
    • 2 Tbsp green onions chopped

Procedure

1 Heat oil and sauté the bacon until browned. Add the kimchi and sauté for 1 minute.

2 Add DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

3 Turn off the heat then add the all-purpose cream. Toss in cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti.
Pour into a serving dish. Garnish with chopped green onions.
