Ingredients
- 250 g pork, ground
- 1/4 cup onion, red, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 pc egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, black
- 2 1/2 Liters water
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce (200g)
- 1 Tbsp patis
- 3 packs Korean Ramyun (120g)
- 1 pc egg
- 1 pc tofu, sliced into chunks
- 2 Tbsp leeks

Procedure
- 1 Mix the ground pork, onion, carrot, cooked rice, egg, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Form every 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls.
- 2 Bring water to a boil. Add the DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce, flavor packets, vegetable packets, and patis. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3 Drop the meatballs into the simmering stock, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4 Add the ramyun noodles. Simmer for 1 minute. Place the egg on top of the noodles. Arrange the tofu on top then cover. Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes. Top with leeks and serve immediately.
