Ingredients

    • 250 g pork, ground
    • 1/4 cup onion, red, chopped
    • 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
    • 1/2 cup cooked rice
    • 1 pc egg, beaten
    • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper, black

    • 2 1/2 Liters water
    • 1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce (200g)
    • 1 Tbsp patis
    • 3 packs Korean Ramyun (120g)
    • 1 pc egg
    • 1 pc tofu, sliced into chunks
    • 2 Tbsp leeks

Procedure

  • 1 Mix the ground pork, onion, carrot, cooked rice, egg, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Form every 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls.
  • 2 Bring water to a boil. Add the DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce, flavor packets, vegetable packets, and patis. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3 Drop the meatballs into the simmering stock, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4 Add the ramyun noodles. Simmer for 1 minute. Place the egg on top of the noodles. Arrange the tofu on top then cover. Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes. Top with leeks and serve immediately.
