Sweet and Sour Meatballs Recipe
Meatballs coated in a sweet and zesty pineapple sauce with a burst of bell peppers and onions.

Ingredients
- 200g pork, ground
- 1/3 cup onion, red
- 1/3 cup carrot
- 1/3 cup singkamas
- 1pc egg
- 1 1/3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp pepper, black
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2/3 Tbsp liquid seasoning
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup onion, red
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, red
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 4 Tbsp sugar, white
- Reserved pineapple syrup
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce (200g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, black
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks (200g)

Procedure
1. Mix all ingredients for the meatballs. Form every 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls. Fry until golden brown then drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper for 2 minutes. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the vinegar, sugar, reserved pineapple syrup, and DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the sautéed onion, bell pepper, and DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks.
