Spicy Chicken Penne Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion, red
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 250g chicken, thigh fillet, sliced into strips
- 1/4 Tbsp chili flakes
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce (500g)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 pack penne (500g), cooked
- 1/4 chili flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp basil, fresh

Procedure
1 Sauté onion and garlic in oil until aromatic. Add chicken thigh fillet and sauté until browned. Add the chili flakes and sauté briefly.
2 Add DEL MONTE Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
3 Pour over cooked penne. Garnish with chili flakes, parmesan cheese, and basil.
