Ingredients

  • 3 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 can condensed creamer, sweetened (380ml)
  • 1/2 cup sugar, white
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 can DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (836g)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 5 pcs egg
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cup bread crumbs, Japanese
  • oil, for frying

Procedure

1 In a pot, combine coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed creamer, sugar, reserved syrup, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and simmer until thick.

2 Add DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, all-purpose cream, and grated cheese. Chill to set.

3 Form every tablespoon of the mixture into balls.

4 Coat each ball with egg, flour, and bread crumbs. Repeat to double coat the balls.

5 Fry the fritters in hot oil until golden brown.

6 Drain the excess oil before serving.
